General Terms

  1. All children must wear socks. If you forget to bring socks they can be purchased from reception. 
  2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
  3. No food or drink is allowed in the play areas.
  4. No food or drink can be brought into Active-Ate Adventure Playground (except for baby's food and bottles).
  5. No adults are allowed on the play equipment.
  6. We require a non-refundable $50.00 deposit at the time of booking a party to guarantee your reservation. We need 14 days notice if you need to change the date of your booking. If you need to change your date or cancel with less than 14 days notice you will forfeit your deposit.

Five Visit Pass

1. May be used over multiple visits
2. Each child attending = One stamp on the Five-Visit Pass
3. Not valid with any other offer
4. Pass subject to blackout periods and expiry dates as noted on the pass (if applicable).
5. Passes are only sold occasionally throughout the year - keep your eye out for them!
