Health & Safety

  1. All children must wear socks. If you forget to bring socks they can be purchased from reception. 
  2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
  3. No food or drink is allowed in the play areas.
  4. No food or drink can be brought into Active-Ate Adventure Playground (except for baby's food and bottles).
  5. No adults are allowed on the play equipment.

Active-ATE's 2nd Birthday bonus $20 

1. $20 voucher will be presented to the parent/guardian on the day of the party once the party has been paid for.
2. $20 voucher is not redeemable for cash.
3. Offer valid strictly for parties booked or held between 1st - 29th Feb 2012.
4. Not valid with any other offer.

Active-ATE VIP! Card

1. One Toddler or Big Kid full price paid entry = One stamp
2. Five stamps = One large coffee
3. Ten stamps (ie an additional five stamps) = 1 free entry
4. Not valid with any other offer

1. Voucher only valid after entry into Active-ATE Playground.
2. Only one voucher of each type may be used per person per day. (ie you can use a coffee voucher and a popcorn voucher in one day but not two coffee vouchers or two popcorn vouchers.)

Five Visit Pass

1. May be used over multiple visits
2. Each child attending = One stamp on the Five-Visit Pass
3. Not valid with any other offer
4. Pass subject to blackout periods and expiry dates as noted on the pass (if applicable).
5. Passes are only sold occasionally throughout the year - keep your eye out for them!

Halloween Monster Ball

1. Toddler & Big Kid tickets only valid for session times shown on the ticket.
2. Adult tickets can be used at either session.
3. Tickets are not transferable.
4. Tickets are non-refundable.
5. As this is a ticketed event, no Five Visit Passes or Scoopon Passes will be accepted.
6. No vouchers will be accepted on the night.
